CANCELLATION POLICY
If you cancel your participation in this course, your registration fee, less a $75 administration fee, will be refunded when written notification is received by Mayo Clinic CV CME before, August 8, 2025 (email: cvcme@mayo.edu). No refunds will be made on or after August 8, 2025. Canceled registrations are non-transferable.
