In order to receive the special rate, reservations must be made before the room block is filled or before the expiration date of October 16, 2017, whichever comes first. Resort Fee: Following are the inclusions of the resort fee of $29. Resort Fee is subject to change. This fee includes Premium high speed internet access for multiple devices in guest rooms, the lobby, the Veranda Restaurant, the Spa and at the Pool; access to Mandalay Bay pools, lazy river and wave pool; in-room local and toll-free calls; an in-room coffee/tea maker. Inclusions are subject to change without notice.
All guest rooms are guaranteed for arrival. Advance deposit for the payment of the first night’s room and tax required at the time of reservation. If reservation is canceled within thirty days prior to arrival, the deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee.
Lodging arrangements are the sole responsibility of the individual registrant.
Mayo Clinic Cardiovascular CME is not responsible for expenses incurred by an individual who is not confirmed and for whom space is not available at the meeting. Costs incurred by the registrant such as airline or hotel fees or penalties are the responsibility of the attendee.
