Guests will be charged an amount equal to one night’s or full lodging at the time of booking.  The balance on the room reservation will be billed to the credit card number on file 30 days prior to check in.  Full payment is required at time of booking for the reservations made inside of 30 days of arrival.

Cancellation Policy:
For individual attendees who cancel their lodging reservations, the following will be in effect:

• If canceled 30 days or more prior to arrival date, full refund on the amount received.
• If canceled within 30 days to arrival date, the individual is subject to the full forfeiture of the reservation value.

Check-in:      4:00 p.m.
Check-out:  11:00 a.m.

• High speed internet is complimentary in all guest rooms within our block of rooms.

• Skiing/Riding is only a few steps from our front door.  The new Coney Express Quad Chairlift is a quick traverse across Fanny Hill as an alternative to skiing down to the Village Express 6-pack.  
• We are just a flight of stairs from shopping & dining on the Snowmass Mall and Skittles gondola.  The Skittles is a free service which connects the Mall with Base Village for more shopping, dining, and other activities.  
• And don't forget swimsuits to enjoy our slopeside pool & hot tub.
