Snowmass Cardiovascular Cases, Controversies, and Challenges

In order to receive the special rate, reservations must be made before the room block is filled or before the expiration date of Friday, December 11, 2026 or whichever comes first.  Note, the room block for this course sells out early each year.

Guests will be charged an amount equal to one night’s or full lodging at the time of booking.  The balance on the room reservation will be billed to the credit card number on file 30 days prior to check in.  Full payment is required at time of booking for the reservations made inside of 30 days of arrival.

Cancellation Policy:
For individual attendees who cancel their lodging reservations, the following will be in effect:

• If canceled 30 days or more prior to arrival date, full refund on the amount received.
• If canceled within 30 days to arrival date, the individual is subject to the full forfeiture of the reservation value.

Check-in:      4:00 p.m.
Check-out:  11:00 a.m.

• High speed internet is complimentary in all guest rooms within our block of rooms

Lodging arrangements are the sole responsibility of the individual registrant.

Mayo Clinic Department of Cardiovascular Diseases is not responsible for expenses incurred by an individual who is not confirmed and for whom space is not available at the meeting. Costs incurred by the registrant such as airline or hotel fees or penalties are the responsibility of the registrant.
