Lodging
Guest rooms have been reserved for attendees and their guests with special course rates at the JW Marriott Cancun. In order to receive the group rate, reservations must be made before the room block is filled or before the expiration date of January 21, 2026, whichever comes first. Reservations will be taken after this date based on space and rate availability.

The Mexican Government does charge a 16% VAT TAX on your hotel room.
IMPORTANT TO NOTE
All reservation requests will require a one (1) night advance payment that will be refundable only if the reservation is canceled at least 14 days prior to the arrival date.

Check-out: 12:00 p.m.
There will be an additional room charge per person (12 years and over) if there are more than 2 people staying in the hotel room. Porterage (bellmen) gratuities are $7.00 per person; housekeeping gratuities are $7.00 per room per day. These will be posted to individual rooms unless notified otherwise. Registrants are asked to guarantee two nights’ room rental plus tax with a major credit card or check.
Early departure fees will be charged by the hotel if an attendee checks out of the hotel prior to the attendee’s scheduled departure date, without having notified the hotel at check-in of the change in scheduled departure. When you make your reservation, please confirm additional resort fees, early departure fees, and/or cancellation penalties.
Lodging arrangements are the sole responsibility of the individual registrant.
