Online Reservation Booking

• Room rates are based on single or double occupancy. Each additional adult sharing a room will be charged an additional $50.00 per night beginning with the third adult. Maximum occupancy is 4 per room. There will be no charge for children up to and including the age of 18 years who share with their parents.
   
• Cancellation of individual reservations made up to 30 days prior to arrival will be accepted, and the deposit refunded for those rooms for the full night’s stay.
  • For reservations cancelled within 30 days prior to arrival, individuals will be responsible for 100% of room revenue to be billed to the individual credit card on file.
• Choose between mountain, garden or ocean views for your luxury one-bedroom suite at Fairmont Kea Lani in beautiful Wailea, Maui. Each suite features a chiller, microwave, Nespresso machine and complimentary refillable water bottles to be filled up at convenient stations throughout the property during your stay. Relax and soak in the views from your furnished, private lanai as well.

EARLY DEPARTURE FEES
Fairmont Hotels & Resorts currently charges an Early Departure Fee of one (1) evening room and tax for guests who depart prior to their confirmed departure date. Guests will be able to change their departure date to an earlier date without charge up to and including the time of registration.
