IMPORTANT TO NOTE:
- The number of discounted rooms is limited
- Discounted rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis
- An additional $75+tax per night beginning with third adult; there is no charge for children under the age of 18
- Cancellation of individual reservations made up to 30 days prior to arrival will be accepted, and the deposit refunded for those rooms for the full night’s stay
- For reservations cancelled within 30 days prior to arrival, individuals will be responsible for 100% of room revenue to be billed to the individual credit card on file
- The discounted room rate is only available until December 9, 2024, or when the block sells out, which typically happens well in advance of this date due to the popularity of this conference
