CANCELLATION POLICY
If you cancel your participation in this course, your registration fee, less a $75 administration fee, will be refunded when written notification is received by Mayo Clinic CV CME before, Friday, November 3, 2017 (email: cvcme@mayo.edu). No refunds will be made on or after Friday, November 3, 2017. Canceled registrations are non-transferable.
Mayo Clinic CV CME reserves the right to cancel or postpone any course due to unforeseen circumstances. In the unlikely event Mayo Clinic CV CME must cancel or postpone this course, Mayo Clinic CV CME will refund the registration fee, but is not responsible for any related costs, charges, or expenses to participants, including fees assessed by airline/travel/lodging agencies.

This course is intended to be a live learning experience. If you do not attend this course on-site as a live learner, you will not be allowed access to the materials/lectures during or after the course. No refunds will be given for no-show registrants.
