CANCELLATION POLICY
If you cancel your participation in this course, your registration fee, less a $75 administration fee, will be refunded when written notification is received by Mayo Clinic CV CME before, March 8, 2027 (email: cvcme@mayo.edu). No refunds will be made on or after March 8, 2027. Canceled registrations are non-transferable.
