Overview
This course will be offered as a live, in-person conference at the Kalahari Resorts Dells in Wisconsin Dells, WI and will also be offered by livestream format. When registering, you will be required to choose in-person or livestream.
Livestream participation is to be viewed during the livestreaming hours posted for the course. This course is not intended, nor approved, as an on-demand learning activity. The recorded lectures take approximately 3-4 weeks to be posted on the course dashboard and ABIM MOC credit must be claimed within 30 days of the livestream course.

COURSE DESCRIPTION
The program is planned to meet the needs of physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, nurses, and all healthcare professionals who are dedicated to providing the best possible care for patients with cardiovascular disease in the primary care setting.

Attendees will be provided a link to obtain course materials on the internet and are welcome to bring a laptop or iPad during the learning sessions.
COURSE Learning OBJECTIVES
Upon conclusion of this program, participants should be able to:
- Identify patient selection for right heart catheterization
- Apply strategies to help patients implement recommended dietary changes
- Describe diagnostic tests that help establish a diagnosis of acute heart failure
- Identify the role of stress testing for risk assessment in coronary artery disease, valvular heart disease, and cardiac arrhythmias
- Evaluate the options and limitations for stress testing
