Cardiovascular Conference at Snowbird

Guest rooms have been reserved for attendees and their guests with special course rates at the Cliff Lodge. In order to receive the group rate, reservations must be made before the room block is filled or before the expiration date of January 1, 2019, whichever comes first. Amenities include high-speed wireless internet in lodging rooms and most public space, free self parking at all lodges plus valet at the Cliff.

To obtain the group rate, please identify yourself as part of the Mayo Cardiovascular Conference when making reservations.   A two-night deposit per room is required at the time the reservation is made. Room, tax and fees for the entire stay is required 30 days prior to arrival.

The individual reservation lodging deposit is fully refundable up to thirty (30) days prior to the arrival date. Reservations cancelled 29-15 days prior to the arrival date will be charged two (2) night’s lodging, tax and fees.

Transportation  
Airport shuttles may be arranged while booking lodging through Snowbird Central Reservations (800-453-3000) or up to 48 hours prior to arrival.  Current group round-trip pre-paid price is $72 per person. Walk ups are accepted at a higher rate on a space available basis at the Canyon Transportation desk located in the baggage claim area of the Salt Lake City International Airport. 

Ski Rentals: The Cliff Rental Shop will honor a 20% discount on rental equipment during the dates of the conference.

Lift Tickets: Lift tickets will be available at a group discounted rate.  Show your hotel registration card to receive the discount. Lift Ticket Discount Prices

• Upon check-in at the hotel you will receive a card that can be shown at the ticket office for the discount
• Tickets can be booked onsite
• Rental coupons will be available at the meeting registration desk

Fitness Room: Complimentary access to the first floor fitness room will be offered to group attendees.

Discounted Cliff Spa Access: Access to the Cliff Spa is available at a discounted rate for attendees registered as overnight guests.  Guest must show their hotel registration card at the spa desk.  The Cliff Spa includes a relaxing solarium, full service salon, eucalyptus steam room, dry sauna, yoga room, rooftop pool, large hot tub plus extensive cardiovascular and training equipment.   Select spa treats will be discounted 20%.

Lodging arrangements are the sole responsibility of the individual registrant.
