Guest rooms have been reserved for attendees and their guests with special course rates at the Fairmont Washington DC Georgetown.  In order to receive the special Fairmont room rate of $325 per night, reservations must be made before the room block is filled or before the expiration date of March 20, 2017, whichever comes first.  Reservations will be taken following this date based on space and rate availability.  Please identify yourself as a participant of the Mayo Clinic Echo in the Nation’s Capital when making your reservation.

Lodging arrangements are the sole responsibility of the individual registrant.

Mayo School of CPD is not responsible for expenses incurred by an individual who is not confirmed and for whom space is not available at the meeting.  Costs incurred by the registrant such as airline or hotel fees or penalties are the responsibility of the registrant.

Room rates above are for single or double occupancy.  Each extra person sharing a room will be charged an additional $75.00 per night.  There will be no charge for children up to and including the age of 18 years who share with their parents.  Maximum occupancy per room is three (3) adults or two (2) adults and two (2) children.  Guests will be required to guarantee their reservations with a two-night room and tax deposit.  Such deposit shall serve to confirm the reservation for the date(s) indicated, and, upon check-in, shall be applied to the first two (2) nights of the reserved stay.  Cancellation of individual reservations made up to 14 days prior to arrival will be accepted, and the deposit refunded for those rooms for the full night’s stay.  Guest can enjoy complimentary self-parking, lei greeting upon arrival,

in-room safes, coffee and 24 hour fitness center.
