FAIRMONT ORCHID

Guest rooms have been reserved for attendees and their guests with special course rates at the Fairmont Orchid.  In order to receive the special rate, reservations must be made before the room block is filled or before the expiration date of December 27, 2019, whichever comes first.  Reservations will be taken following this date based on space and rate availability.

The room rate is in effect three days pre and post program.  The hotel room block is scheduled to be held until December 27, 2019, but may be sold out before this date.  Therefore, we advise you to register for the program and reserve your lodging as soon as possible.

Lodging arrangements are the sole responsibility of the individual registrant.

Mayo Clinic Cardiovascular CME is not responsible for expenses incurred by an individual who is not confirmed and for whom space is not available at the meeting. Costs incurred by the registrant such as airline or hotel fees or penalties are the responsibility of the attendee.

ADDITIONAL ROOM OCCUPANTS 
There is no charge for children under eii:hteen (18) years of age sharing the same room with their parents and utilizing existing  bedding. There will be an additional charge of $75.00 per night, plus tax for the third adult (eighteen years or older) in a room. The maximum number of persons per room is three (3) adults or two (2) adults and two (2) children. 

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT TIMES 
Check-in time is 4:00 pm. Every effort s made to accommodate guests arriving before the check-in time; however, rooms may not be immediately available. Checkout time is 11 :00 am. Requests to retain rooms beyond that hour should be directed to the Front Desk. Should it be possible to extend a late checkout, a late departure charge may be applicable. 

Cancellation Policy
Individuals will be requires to make a deposit for two (2) night's stay to hold each individual's reservation. Such deposit shall serve to confirm the reservation for the date(s) indicated, and, upon check-in, shall be applied to appropriate deposit for nights of the pre or post reserved stay. Should a guest cancel a reservation, the deposit is refundable if notice is received at least fourteen (14) days prior to arrival and a cancellation number is obtained. Cancellations of individual reservations within fourteen (14) days and no shows will forfeit the two (2) night deposit of room and tax.
