The registration fee includes tuition, electronic course syllabus, continental breakfasts, and break refreshments. Although it is not Mayo Clinic Cardiovascular CME (CV CME) policy to limit the number of registrants for a course, conference room facilities may necessitate closing of enrollment; therefore, early registration is advised. Enrollment for this program is limited.
Mayo Clinic provides complementary access to all course presentations with voice-over recordings after the completion of the course.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you cancel your participation in this course, your registration fee, less a $75 administrative fee, will be refunded when written notification is received by Mayo Clinic CV CME before September 28, 2020 (email: cvcme@mayo.edu). No refunds will be made on or after September 28, 2020. Canceled registrations are non-transferable.
Mayo Clinic CV CME reserves the right to cancel or postpone any course due to unforeseen circumstances. In the unlikely event Mayo Clinic CV CME must cancel or postpone this course, Mayo Clinic CV CME will refund the registration fee, but is not responsible for any related costs, charges, or expenses to participants, including fees assessed by airline/travel/lodging agencies.
NO SHOW POLICY
This course is intended to be a live learning experience. If you do not attend this course on-site as a live learner, you will not be allowed access to the materials/lectures during or after the course. No refunds will be given for no-show registrants.
