The registration fee includes tuition, electronic course syllabus, continental breakfasts, break refreshments, lunch, and reception. CANCELLATION POLICY
If you cancel your participation in this course, your registration fee, less a $75 administration fee, will be refunded when written notification is received by Mayo Clinic CV CME before May 3, 2017 (email: cvcme@mayo.edu). No refunds will be made on or after May 3, 2017. Canceled registrations are non-transferable.
NO SHOW POLICY
This course is intended to be a live learning experience. If you do not attend this course on-site as a live learner, you will not be allowed access to the materials/lectures during or after the course. No refunds will be given for no-show registrants.
