All abstract submitters have been notified of poster presentations and oral presentations. If you have further questions, please contact 800-283-6296 or 507-538-5806.
Q&A
Will I still need to register and pay for the course if I am an abstract author?
Yes-registration fees are the responsibility of each abstract author and co-author.
When will I be able to set up my poster?
- Monday poster set up : Sunday, May 26 between 8 a.m.-5 p.m or Monday before 7:30 am. Take-down is Monday 3:45 pm
- Tuesday poster set up: Monday, May 27 3:45 p.m.-5:00 p.m or Tuesday before 7:30 am. Take-down is Tuesday 3:45 pm
- Wednesday posters set up: Tuesday, May 28 3:45 p.m.-5:00 p.m. or Wednesday before 7:30 am Take down for Wednesday posters by Thursday after 10:30 a.m. break.
- If your poster is not taken down in the above timeframes, they will be automatically taken down.
Will the poster be printed for us or do I have to print it beforehand?
The posters are your responsibility to print prior to the meeting date.
What size should my poster be?
Posters will be landscape display on a 4’ (height) x 8’ (width) (120 cm x 244 cm). It will need to fit on that posterboard.
Is it possible to reschedule my oral presentation date or time?
We are not able to reschedule the presentation dates or times due to the number that will be onsite.
I am not able to make it to the meeting in time for my presentation. What do I do?
We recommend that you work with one of your co-authors to identify someone who would be available to present the abstract. You will need to notify us at least one week in advance if you have a substitute.
