LODGING ACCOMMODATIONS - Disney’s BoardWalk Inn
Guest rooms have been reserved for attendees and their guests with special course rates at Disney’s Boardwalk Resort. In order to receive the special rate, reservations must be made before the room block is filled or before the expiration date of February 18, 2019, whichever comes first. Please identify yourself as a participant of the Mayo Heart Failure Program when making your reservation to ensure the group rate.
