The registration fee includes tuition, electronic course syllabus, continental breakfast, morning refreshment breaks, and access to all course presentations after the completion of the course.

Although it is not Mayo Clinic Cardiovascular CME (CV CME) policy to limit the number of registrants for a course, conference room facilities may necessitate closing of enrollment; therefore, early registration is advised. Enrollment for this program is limited.

LIVESTREAM REGISTRATION
Livestream participation is to be viewed during the livestreaming hours posted for the course. This course is not intended, nor approved, as an on-demand learning activity.
NOTE: The livestream will air in HST (Hawaii Standard Time) time zone. 

CANCELLATION POLICY
If you cancel your participation in this course, your registration fee, less a $75 administrative fee, will be refunded when written notification is received by Mayo Clinic CV CME before January 21, 2024 (email: cvcme@mayo.edu). No refunds will be made on or after January 21, 2024. Canceled registrations are non-transferable.

Mayo Clinic CV CME reserves the right to cancel or postpone any course due to unforeseen circumstances. In the unlikely event Mayo Clinic CV CME must cancel or postpone this course, Mayo Clinic CV CME will refund the registration fee, but it is not responsible for any related costs, charges, or expenses to participants, including fees assessed by airline/travel/lodging agencies.
