Guest rooms have been reserved for attendees and their guests with special course rates at the Fairmont Chateau Whistler. In order to receive the group rate, reservations must be made before the room block is filled or before the expiration date of June 16, 2025, whichever comes first. Reservations will be taken after this date based on space and rate availability.

• Self-parking: $41 CAD/night plus taxes, with unlimited access.
• Valet service: $54 CAD/night plus taxes, with unlimited access.
• Hotel Shuttle: A hotel shuttle or courtesy vehicle will be available during your stay for convenient access to Whistler Village.

Once you arrive at the airport, you can get to Whistler by:

Airport shuttles are available from Vancouver International Airport to Fairmont Chateau Whistler with regularly scheduled service. Reservations are required.
