CANCELLATION POLICY
If you cancel your participation in this course, your registration fee, less a $75 administration fee, will be refunded when written notification is received by Mayo Clinic CV CME before November 2, 2017 (email: cv cme@mayo.edu). No refunds will be made on or after November 2, 2017. Canceled registrations are non-transferable.
NO SHOW POLICY
This course is intended to be a live learning experience. If you do not attend this course on-site as a live learner, you will not be allowed access to the materials/lectures during or after the course. No refunds will be given for no-show registrants.
