Echo on Marco Island: Case-Based Approach

Due to Mayo Clinic COVID-19 social distancing guidelines, at this time we are required to limit registration for live course participation. Currently, seating is full for the conference room. We do invite you to participate in this course livestream. Please indicate on the registration form if you will be participating livestream at home, livestream in hotel room, livestream but put me on the waitlist to attend in-person.

What do I get with the livestream option?  As a livestream participant learners will have access to the live presentations, ability to participate in polling, as well as submit questions to the faculty.  Also available for one year post conference are PDF’s of the PowerPoint presentations, video recordings uploaded to your learning dashboard, as well as CME and MOC. If you participate in the livestream option while at the destination, we welcome you to participate in the meal options available for the course.

After Monday, November 1:
MD, PhD, DO, PharmD - $799.99
Fellow-in-Training, Sonographer, RN, NP, PA - $599.99

The registration fee includes tuition, electronic course syllabus, continental breakfasts, break refreshments, lunch, and reception.

Although it is not Mayo Clinic Cardiovascular CME (CV CME) policy to limit the number of registrants for a course, conference room facilities may necessitate closing of enrollment; therefore, early registration is advised. Enrollment for this program is limited.

Mayo Clinic CV CME reserves the right to cancel or postpone any course due to unforeseen circumstances. In the unlikely event Mayo Clinic CV CME must cancel or postpone this course, Mayo Clinic CV CME will refund the registration fee, but is not responsible for any related costs, charges, or expenses to participants, including fees assessed by airline/travel/lodging agencies.

CANCELLATION POLICY
If you cancel your participation in this course, your registration fee, less a $75 administrative fee, will be refunded when written notification is received by Mayo Clinic CV CME before Monday, November 2, 2021, (email: cvcme@mayo.edu). No refunds will be made on or after Monday, November 2, 2021. Canceled registrations are non-transferable.
