Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your participation in this course, your registration fee, less a $75 administrative fee, will be refunded when written notification is received by Mayo Cardiovascular CME before Wednesday, January 22, 2020 (email: cvcme@mayo.edu). No refunds will be made on or after Wednesday, January 22, 2020. Cancelled registrations are non-transferable.
No Show Policy
This course is intended to be a live learning experience. If you do not attend this course as a live learner, you will not be allowed access to the materials during or after the course. No refunds will be made.
