The registration fee includes tuition, on-line course syllabus, continental breakfasts, break refreshments, and reception. Although it is not Mayo Clinic Cardiovascular CME (CV CME) policy to limit the number of registrants for a course, conference room facilities may necessitate closing of enrollment; therefore, early registration is advised. Enrollment for this program is limited.
Mayo Clinic provides complementary access to all course presentations with voice-over recordings after the completion of the course.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you cancel your participation in this course, your registration fee, less a $75 administration fee, will be refunded when written notification is received by Mayo Clinic CV CME before Monday, February 10, 2020 (email: cvcme@mayo.edu). No refunds will be made on or before February 10, 2020. Canceled registrations are non-transferable.
NO SHOW POLICY
This course is intended to be a live learning experience. If you do not attend this course on-site as a live learner, you will not be allowed access to the materials/lectures during or after the course. No refunds will be given for no-show registrants.
