A room block has been arranged at the Four Seasons Resort Maui, 3900 Wailea Alanui Drive, Maui, Hawaii, located by the meeting hotel.
RESERVATIONS
Contact the Hotel directly at 1-800-334-MAUI (6284) and request the Reservations Department. Indicate that you are apart of the Mayo Clinic group when making reservations. Reservations must be made before the room block is filled or before the expiration date of December 1, 2018 or until filled.
A two-night room deposit must be provided at the time of making the reservation(s) or the room will be released. Individual full or partial cancellations between December 28 2018 and January 27, 2018, will result forfeiture of the two-night deposit only.
Maximum guest room occupancy is two (2) adults and two (2) minors (18 years of age or under). The Resort will apply a daily $100.00 plus tax (subject to change without notice) for the third (3rd) adult in the room. Maximum is three (3) adults in each room.
