Cancellation Policy
All requests must be submitted in writing to Mayo Clinic Department of Cardiovascular Medicine at cvselfstudy@mayo.edu.
Course registration cancellations initiated by the registrant within 14 days of purchase are eligible for a full refund (minus a 25% administrative fee, up to $75) if the course has not been accessed. The refund will be issued in the same form of payment used to make registration.
No refunds will be granted for courses purchased more than 14 days prior. No refunds will be granted if credit has been claimed.
