We would like to offer a scholarship to an exceptional fellow to attend our 2019 Nuts and Bolts of Electrophysiology for the Boards to be held November 22 – 24, 2019. This course is designed specifically to ensure that graduating electrophysiology fellows are apprised of the key practical elements for arrhythmia and device management. The course design, which includes a comprehensive online syllabus, is also aimed at providing completion preparation for the electrophysiology boards. The full spectrum of electrophysiology practice will be reviewed ranging from basic arrhythmia mechanisms and pharmacology, to catheter diagnosis and therapy, and device-based treatments. There will also be special sessions reviewing maneuvers for arrhythmia diagnosis in the electrophysiology laboratory and ablation of atrial fibrillation.
The fellow will receive complimentary course tuition. It would be envisioned that this fellow take this information back to hold teaching and discussion sessions with his/her peers.
The scholarship application form can be found here.
