Resort Fee $20 per room per day:

Includes internet, ski valet (excluding gratuities), ski/boot storage, in-room water, local/long distance telephone calls, membership to the Spa at The Peaks (normally a $60 daily entry fee), access to locker room and amenities, full use of weight room and cardio room, access to sauna, steam room, hot tubs, indoor lap pool and indoor/outdoor pool area (excludes treatments and scheduled activities). 

Individual Deposit: All reservations paying on own require a deposit of two (2) night’s room and tax by guest check or credit card to be charged upon reservation.

Individual Cancellation: Any individual cancellations within the group block which are cancelled on or before 30 days prior to arrival shall not be assessed any cancellation penalty.  Any individual cancellations within the Group block which are cancelled inside of 30 days prior to arrival shall be charged in full for the individual reservation.  Guests not arriving for a scheduled reservation will be billed for their entire reservation.

The above rates are based on 2 people per bedroom. Up to two additional guests per condominium are allowed at $25.00 per guest, per night. Children under 12 years of age stay free with parents or guardians and count toward maximum occupancies. The above rates are net and subject to tax, which is currently 12.65% and a Resort Service Fee, currently at 6.6%. Taxes are subject to change; resort fee will stay at 6.6%. Colorado state law requires that the tax rate in effect at the time of occupancy is what is collected; taxes will be collected on the gross rate.

Guest Rom Charges: 

• Guests are responsible for making any paying for their own reservations from the room block.
• Room, tax, and resort fee charged to each guest individually.
• Parking charges will be paid by guests individually.
• Guests will pay for room charges from restaurant or damages to rooms.
• Mountain Lodge front desk will collect a credit card from each guest at check-in.

Cancellation: At time of booking guests will be asked to make a 50% deposit for their rooms. The final payment for rooms will be taken 30 days prior to arrival. If a guest books a room and then cancels more than 30 days prior to arrival the Mountain Lodge will take a 1 night room + tax as penalty for cancellation. If a guest cancels their stay 30 days or less prior to arrival the room will be non-refundable. It is unlikely that the resort will be able to resell the room within 30 days of arrival.

Parking: The Mountain Lodge offers limited parking at $20 per night, purchased in-person upon arrival. Should parking be sold out, another paid parking facility (not owned by the hotel) is conveniently located next to the property - a short walk or free shuttle ride away. The Mountain Lodge has worked out an arrangement with the Gondola Parking Garage to only charge Mountain Lodge Guests $20 per night (normally $25 for non-hotel guests).   

Airports: 
When flying to Telluride, guests have several airport options from which to choose:

• Montrose-Telluride Regional Airport (MTJ) - 75 minutes to Mountain Village. This is the most common airport, however, also more prone to closures due to weather.
• Grand Junction Regional Airport (GJT) - 2.5 hours to Mountain Village
• Durango-La Plata Reginal Airport (DRO) - 2.5 hours to Mountain Village

Transportation:

From The Peaks Resort to Telluride, the Gondola is less than a 5 minute walk, and will take you into town. The Gondola ride is complimentary and takes 12-15 minutes to get into Telluride. Hours of operation is 7 am to midnight.  Once in the town, you can take the complimentary shuttle around town - this shuttle is called "Galloping Goose" and is just a small bus.  Dial-A-Ride is also available in the Village of Telluride.

Ubers/Lyfts are not available in town.
