Airports:
When flying to Steamboat Springs, guests have several airport options from which to choose:
- Yampa Valley Airport (HDN) – approximately 20 miles from Steamboat Springs
- Eagle County Regional Airport (EGE) – less than 90 miles away
Transportation:
The hotel offers three choices for parking: the Ski Time Square garage opposite the hotel ($30 per night), the underground garage below the hotel ($30 per night), and valet parking ($35 per night).
- If a guest chooses the Ski Time Square garage they can proceed directly to the garage and park, then go to one of the kiosks in the garage to enter their license plate number and pay for their parking. Guests MUST enter their license plate info and group parking code at the kiosk within 15 minutes of parking in the Ski Time Square garage to avoid being issued a parking ticket (tickets are automatically issued at 15 minutes from entering the garage and sent to the address where the vehicle/license plate is registered).
- If a guest chooses to upgrade to underground parking then they will register their car with the front desk and receive a tag to put in the dash of their car and their room key will allow entity via the gated entrances to the underground garage.
- If a guest chooses to upgrade to valet parking, they can pull up to the entrance and the bell team will assist
