You will receive the member number you need to be eligible for discounted registration in your confirmation email. If you have recently joined IKMG or renewed your membership for 2024, please allow up to three business days for our system to update your membership status.

The registration fee includes tuition, electronic course syllabus, continental breakfasts, break refreshments, lunches and dinner.
Although it is not Mayo Clinic Cardiovascular CME (CV CME) policy to limit the number of registrants for a course, conference room facilities may necessitate closing of enrollment; therefore, early registration is advised.
Mayo Clinic CV CME reserves the right to cancel or postpone any course due to unforeseen circumstances. In the unlikely event Mayo Clinic CV CME must cancel or postpone this course, Mayo Clinic CV CME will refund the registration fee, but is not responsible for any related costs, charges, or expenses to participants, including fees assessed by airline/travel/lodging agencies.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you cancel your participation in this course, your registration fee, less a $75 administration fee, will be refunded when written notification is received by Mayo Clinic CV CME before May 12, 2024 (email: cvcme@mayo.edu). No refunds will be made on or after May 12, 2024. Canceled registrations are non-transferable.
