In this tutorial, the presenter will discuss common symptoms encountered in the care of patients with circulatory failure. Specific focus will be given to the evaluation and management of pain, constipation, dyspnea and nausea. In addition, the presenter will review commonly encountered signs and symptoms of a patient who is actively dying and how the clinician can help ensure patient comfort at the end of life.
